Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, mobile number, project location, project type, planning budget, intended timeline and the project details you enter. Optional consultation preferences and calculator selections may also be included.
How it is used
The studio uses this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your design brief, arrange consultations and record follow-up notes. Consultation dates are requests and require confirmation by the studio. WhatsApp updates are optional.
Website storage
Enquiries and follow-up notes are stored in the website WordPress database. The enquiry management and export tools are restricted to website administrators. Hosting systems may also process technical request information and backups as part of operating the website.
Third-party services
Facebook videos, external fonts and other embedded resources can make requests to their providers when pages load. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Google location links open third-party services governed by their own privacy practices. Theme and animation preferences may be saved in your browser; WordPress also uses cookies for administrator sessions.

Information to avoid
Please do not send passwords, identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive records through the enquiry form. Arrange document sharing with the studio when it is needed for your project.
